The Clerkenwell takes its name from the London district whose former workshops, warehouses and printing houses have become closely associated with industrial interiors and carefully restored architectural detail. With its elongated ST64 profile, amber-tinted glass and visible LED filament, the bulb recalls the carbon-filament lamps of the early electrical age while delivering the efficiency and longevity expected of contemporary lighting.

The warm amber glass softens the filament's glow, producing a comfortable 2700 K light that is atmospheric without becoming overly orange. Each 8 W bulb delivers approximately 800 lumens, making the Clerkenwell more practical than a purely decorative filament bulb while retaining the sculptural quality that allows it to remain visible within an open fitting.

Supplied as a coordinated pack of three, these bulbs are well suited to multi-light pendants, matching wall lights or a group of exposed fittings arranged across a kitchen island, dining table or entrance hall. The Clerkenwell is intended for fittings in which the bulb forms part of the overall design. Its ST64 teardrop shape works particularly well in open pendants, clear glass shades, industrial wall lights, ceiling fittings and table lamps where the filament remains visible.

Use the three bulbs together above a dining table or kitchen island for a balanced run of warm light, or divide the set between coordinated wall and table lamps throughout a room. The 2700 K colour temperature is particularly suited to drawing rooms, bedrooms, dining spaces, hallways, bars and relaxed hospitality interiors where a softer evening atmosphere is preferred.

Fitting guidance

Check that the lamp or light fitting uses an E27 Edison Screw holder and is suitable for a 220–240 V LED bulb before installation. Switch off the power and allow any existing bulb to cool before removal. Screw the bulb gently into the holder without overtightening or applying pressure to the glass.

For dimming, use only a dimmer specifically designed for LED lighting. Performance may vary with older dimmer systems or fittings that do not meet the minimum electrical load required by the dimmer.
