Returns & Refunds
We want every ZYVORAN piece to feel right in your home. If something is not what you hoped for, you have 28 days from the day your order arrives to return it for a full refund of the product cost.
How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@zyvoranlighting.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will reply with a return authorisation and detailed instructions.
Condition of Items
Items must be returned in their original condition, complete with all packaging, fittings, hardware, instruction cards, and certification. Please note that we are unable to accept returns on items that have already been installed, wired in, or modified.
Return Postage and Refunds

Change-of-Mind Returns: The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Faulty or Damaged Items: We will cover the return shipping costs in full.
Once your return arrives back at our facility and has been inspected, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Please note that bank processing times may vary depending on your card issuer.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault through no action of your own, please write to us at hello@zyvoranlighting.com with accompanying photographs as soon as possible. We will promptly arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate, in line with your statutory rights.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
