Shipping & Delivery

Every ZYVORAN piece is held in stock with our UK suppliers and dispatched via a tracked, insured courier service within 1–3 working days of order placement. Pieces are supplied with UK-compatible electrical fittings (BS 1363 plug or BS 6500 flex, as appropriate). Please note that installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician.

You will receive an email with tracking details the moment your order leaves the warehouse.

Delivery Rates

  • UK Mainland: Free delivery on every order, with no minimum spend.

  • European Union: Flat rate of £14.99 (fully tracked).

  • Rest of the World: Flat rate of £23.99 (fully tracked).

Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland

We deliver across the entire United Kingdom. Deliveries to postcodes in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland may carry a delivery surcharge or require a slightly longer transit time. The exact charge will be displayed at checkout.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide. For non-UK destinations, the recipient is considered the importer of record. Any customs duties, import VAT, or local handling fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon delivery.

Larger Items and Chandeliers

Some chandeliers, large pendant fixtures, and floor lamps are shipped via a specialised two-person courier service to ensure safe delivery. Where this applies, you will be contacted directly to arrange a convenient delivery slot.

Tracking, Missed Deliveries, and Damage in Transit

  • Missed Deliveries: If your courier marks your delivery as failed or returned, please email us at hello@zyvoranlighting.com as soon as possible.

  • Damage in Transit: If your item arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery where possible and contact us with accompanying photographs immediately. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
