Three pools of warm light, finished in chrome and brass.
The Mercer is a study in industrial-vintage craft. Three downward-facing conical shades in polished chrome, each crowned with an antique-brass collar and visible vintage screw detail in the Edison tradition. The shades cluster tightly from a single black canopy, suspended on slim fabric cords at gently staggered drops — a composition that reads as deliberate, not symmetrical.
It is the piece for kitchen islands that want presence without ceremony, for reading nooks and panelled libraries, for the quiet corner of a hotel-lobby living room. The polished chrome amplifies a warm Edison filament bulb into three honey-coloured pools of light. Substance with a sense of humour.
Where it works best
The three-light cluster works best above a dining table, a kitchen island, or in a hallway where its chrome finish can reflect surrounding light. Its compact form suits rooms with standard ceiling heights. Position centrally in the space for balanced illumination.
